Topic	to be agreed in something
Comment	I need to write an essay in linguistics: in my introduction, I'd like to start with a general statement. At first I thought of wirting: "It is generally agreed that ... " However, the next sentence also starts with 'it'. Would it be therefore ok to say: Linguists are generally agreed in the fact that... I thin read this expression somewhere, but I'm not sure whether this is correct English. Thank you for your help, Annie
