What is the best way to search for expressions?
You can search for expressions by simply entering several words. You will get those results first that match most of your words, regardless of input order.

How can I enter Umlauts and other diacritic characters? You can enter Umlauts as two vowels (e.g. ae instead of ä, etc.) and vowels without accents; the dictionary does not treat these characters strictly. This also applies to other "diacritic" characters such as the cedilla in French c or the tilde ñ in Spanish.

Is there an offline version of the LEO dictionaries?
No, the LEO dictionaries are not available on CD or in print.
